With that experience, she renews styles with same furniture of LIVART every 3 or 4 week for a new concept and customers like it a lot. There are 3 reasons to be loved in the field. 
First of all, she noticed all-in-one interior is popular while she was selling the LIVART furniture at Good Morning Furniture Department Store before she started the business. She decided to make it realize her dream next to the department store and opened the style shop. She could do creative ideas and added her parents’ lighting business know-how to it. So, she used to run a parallel business with LED lights. She is not only showing and explaining ideas of items, but also visiting customer’s home to help with styling and it made her business success. 
At the LIVART, it has almost everything about home interior from bed, living room, kitchen, home office like furniture to items for the spaces like fabrics and rugs. CEO Im is also doing for remodeling for customers’ spaces with Nordic styled, cube shaped and pointy lamps. And she coordinates with square LED, chandelier LED bulbs and so on too.

CEO Im sometimes sends a request for lamp design that customer wants but the company cannot make it to the factory or China. When she has to send the offer to China, she asks for only lighting chip from LG or Samsung to assemble for high durability. CEO Im uses event schedule of Good Morning Furniture Department Store positively to raise brand awareness. Thanks to her effort, her shop has improved rapidly in 6 years. Presenting a total service, she gives a discount benefit when people buy three full set of furniture, lighting and curtain. Not only providing season-off products with a good quality but also making a cushion with leftover fabrics after design as a present. This is her know how nobody does. She used to run for stone/earth bed store but had to do some extra work for her employees’ wage. From that failure, she learned something out of it. Nowadays CEO Im visits with a tool box for installing lamps and takes a part of engineer doing the A/S service. 

This young CEO secures regular customers due to her connecting sales between furniture and items and interior service and built up a parking lot scaled about 1,500 pyeong. She asked for the permission of running parallel with lighting and fabrics and even cash back for customers like her own event fairly. Her choice rewarded 6 billion won per year for sale. 

In her mind, there is everything to be sold. According to her, if new coordination and proper trend in composition make customers pleased and simple to handle, the profit would increase naturally. Currently, CEO Im is preparing to expand the business looking better to show much more to customers with total interior. She is dreaming of a model house that people can buy flooring and wallpapers in the future.
