Energy painting artist Seo Yu-jeong's work has been receiving favorable reviews in Europe for its particularly strong energy. Last year and this year, she presented her Qi paintings in the Czech Republic and Romania. She held the Seo Yujeong Art Exhibition at the Krtiny Resort in Brno, Czech Republic, followed by the Seo Yujeong Art Exhibition at the Cold Mountain Conference Center in Bron, Romania. In particular, the latter exhibition, which was held in a street exhibition format in front of Dracula Castle (originally named Bron Castle), attracted many foreign tourists. Her work is still well-received. As popular as her paintings are in Korea, their unique energy and oriental aesthetic must not have been unfamiliar to foreigners.

In other words, her paintings, which are drawn solely with energy and waves, completely independent of the individual will of a human being, resonate with foreigners. “I love just being able to communicate with people from different countries. Despite the different languages, there are many things that can be felt. I'm just grateful to be able to communicate widely, especially through my work” says Seo.

Aiming to create paintings that can be fully appreciated in the most comfortable space, she actively collaborates with materials that can produce luminosity to create her unique energy paintings. She also uses unique materials to bring a strong energy to her works.

The changing status of energy painting is also likely to work in her favor. Energy paintings, which have been relatively underrepresented in the art world, are increasingly appearing in art fairs and invitational exhibitions, and are becoming more familiar to the public and art lovers.

As the artistic perception of energy painting has diversified, the health and energy value of energy painting has been recognized. In addition to her energy paintings, she has been praised for her “Qi dance” symbolism, which is a very good and unique communication system. Her energy paintings are characterized by a combination of abstract and western feelings, yet they emit a strong energy, and many countries are interested in her Qi painting and have sent her invitations.
