Developed the only electric hot and cold food delivery vehicle in Korea
Hot, delicious meals for patients, safety and convenience for servers
In order to maintain the proper temperature of the meal, the heavy 300-400 kilogram meal trucks need to be moved quickly, causing many workers to suffer from arthritis and muscle pain, as well as safety accidents during transportation. Hwasun Motion-Tech is the only company in Korea that has developed and produced its own electric cold and hot food delivery vehicles and supplies them to hospitals. CEO YOU Hye-sun says “As a hospital food distribution company, we keep carefully prepared food warm and fresh until it is served to patients. We have developed a product that equips heavy food distribution carts with an electric device so that carriers can move them quickly and conveniently.”
CURE CART-P, a premium electric hot and cold meal carrier
Preventing accidents with dual safety and staying clean with automatic sanitization
The company’s electric hot and cold food delivery car, CURE CART-P, is equipped with a far-infrared panel heater and a cross fan to prevent food from drying out and maintain a uniformly warm temperature to preserve food flavor. The refrigerator compartment is cooled by a fan installed on the top of the main body to keep it cool evenly and efficiently. The insulation block, which is registered as a patented technology, perfectly separates hot and cold, preventing the conduction of heat, and can be removed and rotated to make the interior of the wiring car spacious. The interior is made of stainless steel plates and the heating walls are Teflon-coated to prevent food from sticking, and every corner can be wiped down and sanitized for hygiene. The manager only needs to set the time and the product will automatically sanitize the interior to perfection. A 24V 800W transaxle motor is mounted on the bottom, allowing the vehicle to move forward and backward even when filled with food, and the speed can be adjusted by pressing the lever. It naturally climbs ramps up to 20 degrees, and if you release the lever to stop while traveling, the electronic brake is automatically activated to prevent the vehicle from sliding or moving, and a built-in reverse alarm prevents you from colliding with bystanders when reversing, and it uses silent, heavy-duty, swiveling 6-inch high-grade dual-lock wheels. Equipped with 360° Around View, you can intuitively see the front, rear, and sides, and it is also equipped with smartphone interlocking control, low battery notification, refrigerant condensate level sensor, reverse warning laser beam, and door opening warning notification when moving.
CURE CART-M, everything you need in a compact size
Recessed doors for added safety and convenience, your choice of color
CURE CART-M can be custom-made from 20 to 72 stages, and its compact size of 710×128×1613 has increased its usability. It can be used in hospitals with limited space, and essential functions can be added. It is equipped with dual-lock noiseless premium wheels, and high-strength urethane bumpers prevent damage and safety accidents. The company’s patented embedded door can be pushed inward, preventing collisions between distribution workers and moving patients. You can also choose the color you want. The CURE CART-S can be loaded from 16 to 60 phases, is made of ASA/stainless steel for excellent weather resistance, has an aluminum-framed door that does not fade and can be used for a long time, maximizes the tightness of the door, and has antibacterial packing to prevent the growth of bacteria.
Promoting the excellence of K-quarantine by developing the nation’s first mobile diagnostic booth
YOU, who has been working in hospitals for more than a decade, has been developing motorized delivery vehicles and other mobility products. In 2017, YOU developed Gomika, a mobile ringer stand for children, to help pediatric patients move around with their ringer injections in their arms. YOU says “At that time, there was no ringer stand in any country where pediatric patients could safely board. I felt that a pediatric ringer stand and distribution vehicle were needed, and I first developed a mobile ringer stand for children.” YOU also developed the first mobile walk-through diagnostic booth and office-type diagnostic booth in Korea during the pandemic and supplied them to medical institutions. YOU made a significant contribution to promoting K-quarantine to the world by disclosing all of its manufacturing technology and know-how to related companies without registering a technology patent.
Always saying yes to customer needs, proactive communication and trust
Eyeing on markets in rich countries with innovation
YOU always listens to the voice of the customer, creates everything the customer wants, and values communication, trust, and reliability to the point of even personally handling repairs on third-party distribution vehicles. As a result, Hwasun Motion-Tech is rapidly increasing its market share and leading the industry. The company’s vehicles are supplied to hospitals, hotels, resorts, and in-house restaurants nationwide, and orders from semiconductor manufacturing plants are also continuing. The company participates in international exhibitions every year, attracting attention and exporting its products to various places. The company recently exported a number of products to the Mongolian National Hospital. The company also plans to explore markets in wealthy countries in the future. “Our sales are growing as we planned every year. We aim to supply the best products to the market through innovative technology development and become the best company in the industry. Growth is not something I can achieve alone, but with employees and customers.” says YOU.
