Red Apple Farm CEO Seo Bo-heon has been growing apples for generations in Miryang Ice Valley. “I grow apples that my family can eat with confidence through fully fermented compost and early cultivation. The apples grown at Red Apple Farm are delicious and high-quality apples that can be safely eaten with the skin on.” said Seo. Seo grows delicious, high-quality apples on 30,000m2 and started processing and selling apple juice in 2017. Seo also started making wine from apples, taking inspiration from his hobby of making alcohol. “My hobby was making craft beer. Then, after seeing the various fruit wines on the market, I decided to make a drink using apples produced here as the raw material.” said Seo. “Red Apple Farm is an agricultural cooperative corporation certified as a 6th industry business by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. It produces juice, craft beer, wine, and distilled liquor from apples it grows and sells them directly at local food stores. The processing center also offers group tours and tastings on the process of making wine and craft beer.”.
