문재인 대통령, 리커창 총리와 만나
지난 11월 ASEAN 정상회의 때 만남에 이어 지난 15일 문재인 대통령과 리커창 총리가 다시 한 번 만남을 가졌다. 문재인 대통령은 양국의 관계를 바둑에 비유하며 회담을 시작했다. 문재인 대통령으로부터 경제무역부처간 채널 재가동 요청을 받은 리커창 총리는 “경제 무역부처간 소통채널이 정지된 상태임을 잘 알고 있다”며 "향후 양국 경제 무역부처간 채널을 재가동하고 소통을 강화할 수 있을 것”이라고 답했다.
이어 “문재인 대통령님의 이번 방문을 계기로 그동안 중단되었던 양국 간 협력 사업이 재가동될 수 있을 것”이라며 “특히 잠재력이 큰 경제 무역 에너지 보건 등 다양한 분야에서 MOU를 체결했는데 보다 중요한 것은 후속 사업의 충실한 이행이며 많은 분야에서 성과를 거두기 바란다”며 양국 관계의 발전을 기대했다.
문 대통령은 이에 앞서 “사드 여파로 어려움을 겪는 기업과 분야가 많다”며 “비록 중국 정부가 관여하지는 않았다 하더라도 사드로 인해 위축된 기업과 경제 분야가 조속히 회복될 수 있도록 리 총리께서 적극 독려해 달라”고 강조하기도 했다. 문 대통령은 또 미세먼지 공동저감, 의료협력 및 서해수산자원 보호, 4차산업혁명 공동 대응, 인적 교류 및 문화교류 분야의 양국 간 협력을 제안했다.
리 총리는 문 대통령의 제안에 대해 "중한 간 근본적 이해충돌이 없으며 양국 강점을 살려 상호 보완적 협력으로 양국은 물론 동아시아 협력에도 기여할 것”이라고 긍정적으로 화답했다.

문재인 대통령, 장더장 중국 전인대 상무위원장 면담
문재인 대통령은 같은 날 중국의 입법기관인 전국인민대표대회(전인대)의 장더장(張德江) 상무위원장과 면담했다. 전인대는 헌법상 최고권력기관으로, 우리나라의 국회에 해당한다.
문 대통령은 민의를 대표하는 우리 국회와 중국의 전인대가 앞으로 ‘한·중 의회정기교류체제’와 ‘한·중 의원외교협의회’ 등을 포함한 의회 간, 정당 간 협의 채널이 더욱 활성화되기를 기대한다고 말했다.
장 상무위원장은 "어제 시진핑 주석님은 대통령님과 중요한 회담을 가졌고 중-한 관계의 공동 관심사에 대해 전면적이고 심도 있게 의견을 교환하였으며, 앞으로 중-한 관계가 발전하는 데 있어서 중요한 리더십을 발휘할 것으로 생각합니다"라고 말했다.
문 대통령은 장더장 전인대 상무위원장과 만나 한‧중 입법기관 간의 교류를 더욱 활성화시키기로 의견을 모았다. 문 대통령은 “향후 한‧중 관계는 정부뿐만 아니라, 각계각층의 다양한 소통교류가 필요하며, 우리 국회와 전인대 간 긴밀한 교류와 소통이 필요한 만큼 각별한 관심을 가져달라”고 당부했다. 
장더장 위원장은 “중‧한 양국은 사드의 단계적 처리에 의견을 같이했고, 이를 바탕으로 시진핑 주석, 리커창 총리가 문 대통령의 이번 방중을 성사시켰다”며, “대통령님의 이번 방중은 양국 관계 회복 발전에 아주 중요한 의미가 있으며, 문 대통령의 방중 목적은 이미 달성됐다고 본다”고 말했다.

Moon meets Li Keqiang
President Moon and Li Keqiang, Premier of the People's Republic of China, met on 15 last month for the second time after the first meeting at the ASEAN last November. Moon compared the Korea-China relations with the game of go and asked Li to restart the trade channels for economic and trade departments of both countries. Li responded “I know the channels have been stopped but we can restart soon and strengthen them on the occasion of your state visit. In fact, a number of MOUs were signed in various areas including trade, energy and health but the implementation of the MOUs are more important and I hope both parties will harvest many fruits.” Moon said “Many Korean companies are damaged by the aftermath of the THADD. Although the Chinese government is not involved with the affair, I ask you to give an effort and recover the cooperation channels.” Moon also suggested cooperation in 4th Industrial Revolution, medicine, individual and cultural exchanges, lowering fine dust, protecting the marine resources in the Yellow Sea. Li responded “I don’t see the two countries have a conflict of interest and we can work together based on complementary cooperation.” 

Moon meets Zhang Dejiang

President Moon and Zhang Dejiang, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, met on the same day Moon met Li Keqiang. Moon showed his expectation for more frequent exchanges between the Standing Committee and the National Assembly of Korea through various cooperation channels. Zhang responded “I understand that the two leaders exchanged in-depth opinions on mutual interest on the summit held yesterday and it will significantly contribute to development of China-Korea relations.” Zhang added “China and Korea shared the same opinion on gradual settlement on the THADD issue and the summit was taken placed with this as the foundation. Your state visit this time is very meaningful in terms of recovering the mutual relationship and I think the purpose of your visit has already been achieved in that respect.”
