In 2020, it was Corona 19 that exerted the greatest influence over Korea's society. Even now, beyond last year, to the New Year in 2021, Corona 19 is raging around the world. However, vaccines are being developed in countries around the world at the end of last year, and 2021 is expected to be a new normal-post corona era that goes beyond Corona 19.
In this way, in the midst of increasing social awareness of the post-corona era and various demands for it, by sharing knowledge and values with society. ¡ºKorea New Intellectuals Association (Chairman Kim Jong-baek)¡», which is developing new policy alternatives for improving the quality of life of the people and developing the country and society, said,'Not one person takes ten steps, but ten people through value sharing. It is leading the post-corona era by taking the lead in building a sharing economy that takes steps. 
The Korea New Intellectuals Association is a non-profit public interest corporation that has been transferred from the Ministry of Public Administration and Security in 2006 after the start of the'New Intellectuals Movement' in earnest in 1998. , Education, culture and art sports, public servants, self-employed, finance, female families, youth, and other new intellectuals are discovered and selected.
Chairman Kim Jong-baek, who leads the Korea New Intellectuals Association, has been in charge of discovering new intellectuals at the 2nd Founding Committee, directly under the president, since the inauguration of the Korean government in 1999. Since then, he founded Shinjinuri Co., Ltd. and runs a public relations distribution company to help small and medium-sized businesses, who are selected new intellectuals. In particular, he served as president of the Korea New Intellectuals Association for 7 years from 2013 to now, taking the lead in sharing the information and values of new intellectuals with society. 
The Korea New Intellectuals Association, which he is leading, is taking the lead in various social contributions and value sharing. In particular, in 2021, the headquarters office of the Central Association will be expanded and moved, overcoming the social difficulties caused by Corona 19, and preparing for a new leap forward to face the post-corona era. 
ccordingly, the association formed a sisterhood relationship with the National Meister High School Principals Council (Chairman Yong-Rang Kim) at Suwon Hightech High School (Principal Lee Eui-geun) located in Suwon City, Gyeonggi-do in November, and provided lecture support from new intellectuals who have mastered professional knowledge in each field at Meister High Schools nationwide. 

They decided to cooperate in career guidance and employment support.
It is also taking the lead in social contribution and value sharing. In December, at the Community Center in Gongneung 1-dong, Nowon-gu, the Association has been working with the National Association of Culture and Arts and Sports Volunteer Group (CEO Han Yoon-hee), Micheon Environment (CEO Kim Dong-soo), Yeouido Tteok-bang (CEO Kim Ok-hee), and Han Bi-Zun (CEO Kim Soon-bun). The continued'A Step of Hope for New Intellectuals and Nowon-gu Elders in 2020' was held. 
On January 5 this year, the Gangwon-do branch of the Association (Chairman Seo Yoon-seong), the National Association of Culture and Arts and Sports Volunteer Group, and Sokcho General Social Welfare Center (Operating Committee Chair Kim Jin-gi), etc. On the 6th, Dongdaemun-gu Office donated 1040kg of rice of love through the'Second Service and Rice Sharing in 2021' event.
In particular, on the occasion of the expansion of the office , a plan to support small living expenses, career counseling until adulthood, and employment support for grandparents and grandchildren with Jang Jae-jin, executive director of KT's corporate and social sector, is also being promoted.
