Industrial facilities may produce wastewater. The problem is that the wastewater might contain toxic substances that must not flow into the river or soil. Purification is a must but it is costly. For this reason, industrialists are looking for cost-effective filtering technology. At the 2024 Korea International Machinery Expo last June, Magmagic, the company that developed Superator, received a positive response by developing and introducing an eco-friendly device that filters not only magnetic substances but also non-magnetic substances based on magnetic magnet application machine design and production technology.

The only filter in Korea that has obtained CE certification
Magmagic is the first and sole company obtaining CE certification in Korea. It has developed various magnetic application equipment and obtained tens of patents with yearly 4 to 5. “The sales of the company is high and so is the quality and perfection of our products. I’m proud to say that they are also eco-friendly.” says Jeong-i Kang, CEO of Magmagic. The magnetic non-ferrous sorting machine developed by the company utilizes non-ferrous metals in various ways and makes easy of separating and recycling. The company has been focusing on developing highly purified recyclable technology, and through these efforts, it has succeeded in developing a non-ferrous metal separation technology. The magnetic non-ferrous sorter has become a device that can separate and recycle resources more efficiently. In addition to simply increasing industrial economics, it is also contributing to environmental protection by increasing recycling efficiency.
Simultaneously purifies magnetic and non-magnetic foreign substances in an environmentally friendly manner
Winning 2023 Korea Excellent Machinery Patent and receiving favorable reviews at the 2024 Korea International Machinery Expo
Magmagic has developed a ‘Superator’ that simultaneously purifies magnetic and non-magnetic foreign substances in an ecofriendly manner. Superator is a high-efficiency, eco-friendly product that combines a magnetic separator, which filters out magnetic contaminants, and a Pepa filter, which filters non-magnetic substances, taking advantage of the strengths of each of the filtering purification devices that purify polluted liquids generated at industrial sites. By refining each substance simultaneously, it can be purified without generating consumables. In particular, in order to compensate for the shortcomings of the existing horizontal pressurized method, it uses gravity to perform continuous work in a vertical manner, so there is no energy consumption in the process. Innovative technology is applied to this to instantly create a sludge chip filter and purify it into a clean liquid close to the original solution. Since the four-stroke work consisting of the purification room, chip drying room, sediment removal room, and filter cleaning room is performed at the same time, the delay time is reduced and the filter can be managed neatly. “The Superator filter is a semi-permanent filter that can be used almost permanently as long as it is not torn, and even if it breaks down, it is easy to replace.” says Kang. Superator can be applied to drinking water, food and beverage, and agricultural and livestock industries, and is expected to contribute to various automation solutions that require cleaning work. The company introduced an eco-friendly Superator that combines a separator and a PEP filter at the 2024 Korea International Machinery Expo held in June, and received great reviews from many related industry officials.
Magmagic, which won the 2023 Excellent Patent Award and the 2024 Proud Company & Consumer Brand Awards for these achievements, expressed its ambition, saying, “We promise to create magic-like products with unique technology as we have done so far.”
