Electric motorcycles are becoming more and more common. However, their small battery capacity means that they do not last long. Dongrak Force is solving this problem through increased charging efficiency and auxiliary batteries. The company is developing innovations in batteries and chargers, as well as products that make life easier at home.
Advancing charger industry
Developing and exporting a wide range of chargers and power banks
Dongrak Force (CEO Kang Beong-hwa) supplies electronic components required for the development and production of Printed Board Assembly (PBA), which is essential for the electronics industry. The company develops circuits for home appliances and electronic devices and also researches and develops battery chargers for electric vehicles. “With the development of electric motorcycles, motorcycles that run on diesel or petroleum are being replaced by electric or hydrogen.” says Kang. The company has developed an electric motorcycle DC 1KW 84V charger, and is currently developing and designing DC 2KW 84V, DC 3.3KW 84V 40A. The company is also developing a charging method that targets motorcycles that currently run on 72V batteries. It is focusing on how to charge the battery and is also working with electric motorcycle companies to explore and develop various ideas.
The company is also working on an auxiliary battery for electric motorcycles. Currently, electric motorcycles do not have a large battery capacity. As a result, they can only travel a short distance. To compensate for this problem, the company offers its customers an auxiliary battery of its own design, which can be used to supplement the main battery for charging, which is currently under development. This will increase battery life and range, and the company hopes to export to Southeast Asia and India, where electric motorcycles are in high demand.
Convenient and eco-friendly food sterilization dryer: Orin Homecare
Kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria
In addition to batteries, the company also sells a home far-infrared food sterilization and drying processor called Orin Homecare. It is a food sterilization and drying processor that automatically processes food without separating it and just putting it in. The food waste that is put in is reduced by an average of 80%, and food with a high moisture content due to a lot of broth and seasoning can be processed without any problems. It sterilizes and dries moisture from the outside to the inside and from the inside to the outside through two methods of ceramic heating and far-infrared, and cleanly treats harmful bacteria at once to ensure sterilization and increases drying efficiency. As a result, 99.9% of harmful bacteria are eradicated, and since most odors are created by harmful bacteria, the bad smell of food waste also disappears.
Orin Homecare’s filters are quadruple-filtered for high deodorization and only need to be changed once a year, compared to 3-4 months for typical filters. It has a removable two-tier basket that is easy to clean and wash inside, and air circulation air holes for ease of use while improving drying efficiency and killing effectiveness. It uses a Heppele door that is resistant to temperature and humidity fluctuations, so it operates smoothly even in extreme heat or cold.
